Come and work for us!
Our Foodbank Centre in St Paul’s needs a new Manager – is it you (or someone you know)?
The Foodbank Manager is a vital and rewarding role – find out more:
Harlow Foodbank passes on food donated by neighbours around the town to those who need it.
On 4 days a week we are open at St Paul’s Church in the town centre, giving parcels to those who have been referred to us by agencies and community-based workers around the town (and beyond).
The Foodbank Manager is responsible for this operation – organising the food we distribute and the volunteers who make the centre work. Alongside food, we offer a discreet and supportive service that includes a listening ear and advice of where else to go to find help.
The job is part time, 18 hours a week on 4 days (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday 4 hours + 2 hours admin). Annual salary £10,296 (£21,164 pro rata)
You will become a vital and highly valued member of our upbeat team who offer many other kinds of support to people in Harlow.
Applications should be in by 9 a.m. on Monday 28th June. These must be done using the application form dowloadable below.
We look forward to hearing from you.
