STOP PRESS – Please HELP US raise the money we need for our new warehouse

News

October 2016

Referrals to Harlow Foodbank for this financial year (April-Sept) have increased by 2.5% compared to the same period last year and the foodbank is now feeding an average of 226 people each month, with a third of these being children.
Since the foodbank opened in April 2009 it has fed 18,716 (12,378 adults & 6,338 children) people with emergency food and continues to also provide food to front-line professional agencies in support of their clients.  It also works in partnership with 13 local primary school breakfast clubs helping to provide some of the food needed in support of children from low income families.
